The San Carlos Castle Museum host this Mercat d'Art, a one-day pop up in which a group of 22 contemporary artists participate.
The artists, who are part of the Mallorcan artistic circuit, have been selected for their variety of styles and techniques, from sculpture to drawing through painting, collage, ceramics and engraving. The objective is to show their works in an alternative format in order to bring art closer to the general public.
The artists that will participate in this first edition are: Alex Ceball, Agustín Osta, Alberto Diego, Catalina Llompart, Emilio Brea, Gabriel Grau, Inés Ferrer, Julia Sánchez-Escobero, Katrin Starostenko, Laura Gracia, Lu de Lucas, Luciana Román, Mayte Bayón, Miriam Cifre, Miriam Cruz, Nieves Guri, Nuria Guasp, Pablo Bracaccini, Rafa Puig, Raixa Quesada, Sandra Lehnis and Sasai.
Also participating on this occasion will be the Vicente Ferrer Foundation and the Associació d'Artistes Visuals de les Illes Balears (AAVIB).
