The Festes de Sant Antoni 2026 in Sa Pobla are one of Mallorca’s most spectacular and traditional winter celebrations, held in honor of Sant Antoni Abat, the patron saint of animals.
For several days in January, the town becomes the center of devotion, fire, and traditional music. The squares and streets are filled with bonfires (foguerons), Dimonis (devil dances), Gloses (improvised songs), pyromusical shows, and cultural activities that combine religious, folkloric, and community elements.
Sa Pobla’s connection to Sant Antoni is historic and deeply rooted in its agricultural identity, making these festivities a vibrant expression of tradition, faith, and fun on the island.
The main celebrations will take place on 16 and 17 January 2026, with activities extending over several days throughout the month.
Bonfires and foguerons that light up the night and create a warm, festive atmosphere.
