A show that wants to boost the near and natural products of the earth, with chef Miquel Vicens (from Can Calent). He will explain how to cook different dishes of the more traditional cuisine and present them in the most innovative way.
He will cook three dishes and 500 tapas will be made for the tasting of the attendees.
