The Galician group, regarded as one of the best Spanish rock bands of all time , makes a stop at the stage of Es Gremi in Palma within their current tour presenting the new album.
This is an album-book containing two DVDs and a CD with a selection of live recordings made during la Gira de los mil conciertos (Tthe Tour of the thousand concerts). This started in the room 02 Academy in London in the winter of 2012 and continued until the spring of 2013, with a repertoire in which they recovered old songs of the eighties and nineties.
The brothers Yosi, Charly and Javier Dominguez founded in the late seventies in Ourense the group Los Suaves (The Milds), a name that surprised considering the styles they cultivated: from hard rock to urban rock to heavy metal. Their first success came in 1981 when they performed as the opening act for the Ramones in La Coruña, adopting thereafter the symbol of the cat as an image of the group in similarity to the eagle used by the New York punk band.
Over the years they have gone through several formations until the present one, consisting of Yosi Dominguez (vocals and guitar), Alberto Cereijo (lead guitar), Fernando Calvo (rhythm guitar), Charly Dominguez (bass) and Tino Cairn (drums). Due to the poor health of Yosi with hepatitis C) Los Suaves have an expiration date, as has been stated on several occasions by the rest of its members.
