Joan Gomila is the author of Cordèlia, a text that uses the concept of meta-theater to tell a story with political overtones. Directed by Frederic Roda, it is played by Núria Fiol, Ignasi Guasch and Joan Gomila himself.
Three generationally separated characters, from a different social status and with a different relationship with power, are faced with the challenge of creating a play: Cordèlia.
This fact is broken with the formation of the new government, in which the extreme right has entered with the desire to pass accounts to people who had previously stood out in cultural revitalization, public commitment or sexual orientation.
Cordèlia is part of the program of the XXXVI Mostra de Teatre held at the Roman Theater of Pol·lèntia.
