The Valencian Antonio Galera (Picannya, 1984) is considered by critics as one of the safest values of the new Spanish pianism.
He has won important awards, such as the one awarded by the Yamaha Music Foundation Of Europe in 2005, and has performed in various countries in Europe, America and Asia promoted by the ICPA (International Certificate for Piano Artists) program.
Prélude, his latest album, is conceived as a recital and contains compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach, César Franck, Claude Debussy and Henri Dutilleux. The album does not only include preludes, but Galera creates a kind of context of historical review about the meaning of the term.
