Celebrated since 2004 and organized by the Town Hall of Pollença and the Vi Primitiu (Primitive Wine) association. In this edition participating a total of 35 wineries from Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza.
The stands are put up in the cloister of the Santo Domingo Convent, which transforms into the best display of wine products of the Balearics and the broadest variety of wine tasting.
