The XXXI Season of Opera and Ballet of the Teatre Principal of Palma starts with this production of the National Theater Sâo Carlos of Lisbon of the opera of Verdi. Macbeth is an opera in four acts with music by Giuseppe Verdi and Italian libretto by Francesco Maria Piave and Andrea Maffei premiered in Florence in 1947.
