New edition of TaPalma, the tapas and cocktail fair that is held in the Balearic capital from November 22 to 26. This gastronomic route is also completed with the TaPalma 2023 Contest, which will take place two days before the start (on November 20) at the Palau de Congressos de Palma.
The event is organized by AgenciaCom and Restauración Caeb, and counts Trasmed as an official sponsor. Its purpose is to energize the city for a few days thanks to the restaurant sector and to place Palma as the nerve center of Spanish gastronomy.
TaPalma 2023 Contest
The tapas and cocktails contest is held two days before the start of the route, on Monday, November 21 at the Palau de Congressos de Palma. It will follow the model of national gastronomic competitions, with three categories of awards:

Tapa Temática 2023
Cóctel TaPalma 2023
In each of them there will be gold, silver and bronze awards. A jury made up of chefs and bartenders of recognized national and international prestige will decide who will be this year's winners.
Gastronomica route
