Music, tradition, landscape, gastronomy, visits to the wineries... are some of these elements that are combined in the eleventh edition of Wine Days, an event organized by the Binissalem Designation of Origin that offers a different way of visiting Mallorca through wine tourism.
Wine Days Mallorca 2025 begins on Friday May 23 with the Fiesta Wine Days at the Claustre de Sant Francesc in Palma and continues until Sunday 1 June with an extensive program of cultural activities that allow touring the four municipalities that are part of the Denomination of Origin Binissalem: Binissalem, Santa Maria del Camí, Sencelles, Consell and Santa Eugènia.

FIESTA WINE DAYS IN CLOISTER SANT FRANCESC IN PALMA. WINE, GASTRONOMY, AND LIVE MUSIC
10 WINERIES FROM DO BINISSALEM / 4 CHEFS / 5 QUALITY PRODUCTS FROM BALARIC ISLANDS
The music and magic of the Cloister will accompany the wine and gastronomy in this Fiesta.
10 wineries from the DO Binissalem will present their wines: Bodegas José L. Ferrer, Jaume de Puntiró, Vins Nadal, Can Ramis, Vinya Taujana, Celler Sebastià Pastor, Finca Biniagual, Bodega Santa Catarina, Can Verdura i Can Fumat.
The gastronomy will be provided by 4 ASCAIB chefs: Cati Pons, José Cortés, Juan Pinel and Marga Brunet, who will prepare “tapas” with quality products (DOP/PGI) from the Balearic Islands: IGP Sobrassada from Mallorca, DO Oli de Mallorca, DO Oliva de Mallorca, DO Formatge Mahón-Menorca and IGP Ametlla de Mallorca. Vegan options will also be offered.
LIVE MUSIC with LOST IN TRANSLATION, a Mallorcan band that recalls great songs from iconic films and series of all time. With an original staging, the quartet formed by Aina Zuazaga, Toni Bestard, Gonzalo Nadal, and Pablo Demangel elegantly fuses rock, jazz, soul, and swing (among other genres) in an intimate performance, reinterpreting the greatest songs from the history of cinema in covers full of nuances that will surprise the audience.
