From July 24 to August 2, Palma hosts the 16th edition of the Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest, the festival organized by Filmin that has established itself as one of the major cultural events of the summer in Europe. Ten days of film, music, talks, and culture with more than 100 exclusive premieres, international guests, and a program showcasing the best of contemporary cinema. The festival can also be enjoyed online at Filmin until August 24.

⭐ The loved one, the closing film directed by Rodrigo Sorogoyen, starring Javier Bardem and Victoria Luengo.

🎭 Mother Mary, the highly anticipated musical thriller by David Lowery, starring Anne Hathaway, Hunter Schafer, Michaela Coel and music by Charli XCX.

🇯🇵 Kokuho: The Kabuki Master, a spectacular Japanese production nominated for an Oscar.

🔍 The Elisa Case, an intense thriller based on true events that will delight fans of true crime.

📚 Girl's Memoir, adaptation of the novel by Nobel Prize winner Annie Ernaux.

🌈 Jim Queen, an original queer comedy that promises to become one of the most talked-about films of the festival.

🎞️ Talent Balear once again puts the spotlight on the cinema of the Islands with films such as Forastera, LA CARN, Eixam and Érem una gran família, many of them presented by their own teams.

🎬 The Official Section will bring together titles such as Paradise, Father, Lady, The Last Resort, Extra Geography, Seventeen, Lionel either On firewhile the new section Trends It will focus on the most innovative narratives with films like Jimpa, Sad Neighborhood, Rose of Nevada, Dirty either Blue Film.

🎤 The festival will also offer a full parallel program with Estrella Damm concerts, starring artists such as The Zowi, Barry B, Nacho Vegas, The Beloved One and Martin, in addition to talks, masterclasses and meetings with major figures in international cinema.
