🎸 The concert

Bossa nova, samba and that Brazilian knack for making a song sound effortless even when it is pure rhythmic detail underneath. The set runs through the classics everyone recognises and also stops at some less travelled pieces.

An intimate acoustic format: voice and guitar, nothing oversized, making the most of the hour when the heat eases off and the light turns golden over the bay.

A concert to be listened to sitting down and unhurried, and equally for anyone crossing the square who decides to stay.

🌊 Magaluf, a place to live

From 20 August to 31 October, Plaça Jacques Sasson hosts a continuous run of free activities: concerts, storytelling, children's workshops, dance and summer cinema.

It is an initiative of Calvià Town Council together with the Govern de les Illes Balears and Illes Balears Sostenibles, aimed at giving the square back to local residents and offering visitors another way to experience Magaluf.

ℹ️ Good to know: open-air concert, free entry until the space is full. The square sits right by the beach, so a light layer is welcome once the sun goes down.
