The TaPalma Mallorca 2026 Competition is held two days before the route begins, following the model of national gastronomic competitions, and this year reaches its ninth consecutive edition at the Palau de Congressos.

🥇 The categories
There are two categories, each with gold, silver and bronze prizes: Tapa TaPalma 2026 and Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca PGI 2026.
👨🍳 The jury
A jury of chefs and bartenders of renowned national and international prestige chooses the winners that same day.
🍢 And then, the route
Two days later, from 4 to 8 November, the participating restaurants serve their tapas to the public on the TaPalma route across the city.
