📖 The story

Life in the prison, run by the inflexible Sister Piedad and administered by the tormented Don Mauro, unfolds amidst humiliations, small acts of solidarity, and the daily struggle to preserve dignity.

Everything changes with the announcement of the Jubilee of Saint Perpetual: every ten years, the bishop grants a pardon to a female prisoner. Adapted and directed by Esmeralda Gómez Sinoga from the original text by Verónica Fernández and Ignacio del Moral.
