The Auditorium de Palma hosts the absolute premiere of the complete version of Entre Feldman, a unique musical project bringing together Niño de Elche and Héctor Cavallaro. 🎶✨

Produced by Festival ME_MMIX to commemorate the centenary of composer Morton Feldman (1926–1987), the full fifty-minute piece is presented in its entirety for the very first time following a preview at the Resis festival.

📖 Sound meditation and interdisciplinary dialogue

Inspired by Feldman's writings collected in Pensamientos verticales, this work investigates time, contemplation, and the spirituality of sound. The performance transforms Feldman's writings and music into a meditative experience that echoes artistic references ranging from Rembrandt, Caravaggio, and Picasso to Schubert, Webern, and Stravinsky.

Using static sonic canvases and unconventional structures, this reinterpretation expands the contemplative and tactile universe of the American composer.

🎨 Production and artistic team

Creative direction, musical creation, and vocals are led by Niño de Elche, alongside Héctor Cavallaro on co-composition, instrumental transcription, and live piano. Musical director Christian Karlsen conducts an ensemble of thirteen musicians from the Orquesta Sinfónica de las Islas Baleares, accompanied by visual art by Albert Pinya.
