📖 The story

A fictional thriller built from the lives and thoughts of Josep Ferragut Pou and Gabriel Alomar Esteve, architects central to the urban transformation of Palma during the second half of the 20th century, at the height of the tourist and economic boom.

Sergeant Bauçà is assigned to investigate Ferragut's violent death. In the hours before it, he is visited by his former partner Alomar, and the two begin a conversation that reveals their worries about the island's future and the professional and personal secrets they hold on each other.
