TaPalma Mallorca 2026 brings together restaurants from across the city, each with two offerings: its Tapa TaPalma and a Themed Tapa.

🍽️ How it works

Each participating restaurant presents a tapa created for the occasion and another with its own theme, from Iberian pork bao or croquettes with a sobrassada heart to signature tapas made with local produce. The full list of venues, with addresses and tapas, is on the official website.

🏆 Before the route, the competition

Two days earlier, on Monday 2 November, the Palau de Congressos de Palma hosts the competition that picks the best tapas of the edition, in the categories Tapa TaPalma and Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca PGI.

🎪 Who organises it

The event is organised by AgenciaCom and Restauración Caeb, with the aim of energising the city through the restaurant sector and positioning Palma as a reference point for Spanish gastronomy.
