📖 The interconnectedness of nature

With “El cor del bosc”, the artist invites visitors to look beyond the visible surface of the landscape. Through minimal, graceful, and ethereal structures, the exhibition evokes the pulse of underground roots and the network that shares water, nutrients, and memory to sustain plant life.

These fleeting architectures avoid monumentality and permanence. Their open, light lines inspire a slower, more attentive, and humble way of cohabiting with the living world.

Fabián Schalekamp (Palma, 1964), raised in a family dedicated to culture and visual arts, has built a coherent artistic path focusing on sculpture, drawing, and environmental installations rooted in ecology.

The exhibition is set in the Cort foyer, turning a public city space into a peaceful sanctuary for artistic reflection.
