Retrospectiva: Sabina Marr exhibition at Calvià Town Hall

The exhibition hall at Calvià Town Hall devotes its winter show to the work of Sabina Marr, in a retrospective that looks back over her career. 🎨🖼️

Organised by the Calvià Town Council's Culture department. The exhibition opens on Friday 20 November at 7 pm and runs until 15 January 2027.

🖼️ The exhibition

A retrospective brings together works from different periods and lets you follow an artist's development. The poster image sets the tone: painting built on textures and earth tones, ochres and reds, with strokes that look like fibres or branches over a background reminiscent of an old wall.

A good opportunity to discover work rarely seen in Palma's usual circuits, in a small and quiet gallery.

🏛️ The venue

The Town Hall exhibition hall, in the council building in Calvià Vila, hosts shows by local and island artists throughout the year, as well as the works of the Rei en Jaume Awards.

ℹ️ Good to know: the hall follows council opening hours, weekdays only. Closed on public holidays (8 and 25 December, 1 and 6 January).
