Music, tradition, landscape, gastronomy, dramatized visits to the wineries... are some of these elements that are combined in the tenth edition of Wine Days, an event organized by the Binissalem Designation of Origin that offers a different way of visiting Mallorca through wine tourism.
Wine Days Mallorca 2023 begins on Friday May 12 with the Fiesta Wine Days at the Claustre de Sant Francesc in Palma and continues until Sunday 21 with an extensive program of cultural activities that allow touring the four municipalities that are part of the Denomination of Origin Binissalem: Binissalem, Santa Maria del Camí, Sencelles and Santa Eugènia.

An activity of the Fundación Mallorca Literaria in collaboration with the Association of Writers in the Catalan Language, which consists of a combined tasting of poetry, recited by the author and the wine. The Mallorca Literary Foundation will premiere the collection of poetic cups, which is printed each year, with different quotes. The poets Manel Rodrígez Castelló, Sebastià Perelló and Raquel Pena will participate, accompanied by 3 wines from Bodegas José L. Wines: Sebastià Pastor White. Also included is the tasting of a second wine, red Brodat, directed by a winemaker from the winery. Includes screen-printed tasting glass.
